Wow, Finished Stitches has been busy

This is the front and back of Allison's beautiful Christmas quilt. Stitched with Trinity leaf with ribbons for a festive holiday quilt.

A similar stitch for Dorothy's fall table topper. How pretty for a Thanksgiving table!

And for all you NASCAR fans, Maggie made this for a friend. Overall large stippling for a road appearance. So cute!

This is Joan's reversible Civil War Quilt. The top photo is the Southern states and the bottom Photo is for the Northern states. It is stitched with leaves and stippling. It looks like a map.

Thanks all you ladies for such inspiration and wonderful quilts to work on!!

Wall hanging

This is a wall hanging I was working on this weekend. It is a ribbon and swirls quilting pattern. I really like this wall hanging or topper, it is about 40 inches square. It is going in the craft sale because it was designated a practice quilt but if it doesn't sell, it is going on my chair!!

Alice's quilt

I love the purples and greens of this king sized quilt my friend Alice made. I really love it and it turned out so lovely. She chose the overall meandering trinity leaf pattern. The best mistake was the quilt shop ordered this color thread for us a while back. We almost didn't keep it and it is so popular, we have had to reorder it for customers!! It is a blue-grey color. Happy binding Alice!

This is Beverly's Jewel Box super queen sized quilt. It just sparkles with the colors. She chose a leaf pattern with butterflies combo. Great Job!

Two Quilts Done!!

This quilt is a first finish for our customer. She had a wonderful bee theme. Loops and swirls is the stitch she chose and it fits the rambling path a bee takes in flight.

This next quilt is butterfiles and it fits the baskets and flowers. How beautiful is the embroidery work on this gem!! This customer started to embroider when she was five and all of her practice shows here.

I have two king sized quilts in the cue and a queen. I am amazed how much business came from the sample quilt and leaf quilting hung at the back of the quilt shop. Thanks to all of our customers. The cooler weather is promising to be busy. I never thought the butterfly pattern would be so popular!! I am always thinking of new stitches. I am working on a leaf pattern and a flower pattern.

Some little things we have been working on...

This is the most recent stitch I have develeoped. It is called Butterflies and loops.

This quilt I have finished to be a sample at Delphine's Quilt shop. It displays a entire fabric line, a pattern called "Perfect Ten" and the stitch I quilted it with is called Trinity leaf.

We are working on new stitches every day!
